Keep in mind that an estimate is just a statement of the approximate charge for work to be done. We make every effort to write a thorough estimate upon the initial inspection. On occasions and very rarely we find additional dust, debris, grime that can't be seen upon initial inspection that may increase thr cost. On the other hand, sometimes we are actually able to reduce the cost of the clean after initial inspection walk through and realize it is less work than initially thought to be.

There are basically two ways for you to initiate a request for free cleaning estimates.
- Simply call our office number above and A&B will handle your request. We will arrange to come out to visit your place and give you a free cleaning estimate.
- The second way to get an estimate is to simple fill out the estimate information form we provide. Someone will contact you either through email or by telephone regarding your cleaning needs.
What Type Of Information Do We Need?
For cleaning estimates we need to know the following:

- Please provide name, address, city, zip, subdivision name if there is one. Please include home phone numbe, cell phone number, and a valid email address. Work phone numbers helps with communication; however we do not want to interfere with your work.
- Please let us know if there are any dogs or pets in your yard so that our estimator can plan accordingly.
How does the process begin?
- Upon your call or submittal for cleaning estimates, we assign your information to one of our estimators. Our estimator will call you as soon as possible, usually within 24 hours, to set an appointment to come by your home.
- When we arrive we will introduce ourself and will ask you some questions regarding your cleaning andrecurring service plans. While we are there we will approximate the square footage of your structure, number of windows and doors, how easy to navigate around the exterior and the height of the house (for window cleaning purposes), screen porches, and decks are all given consideration when developing the estimate.
- We will sometimes leaves the quote while there, however depending on how involved the estimate is, we may give you the quote in a couple of days in order to provide the most current information and accurcy of your home. Sometimes it takes longer than the first visit to properly prepare the quote and get back with you.
How accurate are the A&B Estimates?
Each estimate we provide has a related 'Accuracy Level' and 'Value Range'.
