We only do recurring house cleaning. That makes your life easier as an employee of Above and Beyond because your schedule will be predictable. No nights, no weekends. We also have company cars and company equipment so you aren't beating up your personal vehicle. Our Team Leaders take our vehicles home after work cutting out time spent traveling to the office-making your life easier. Our starting pay is $14/hr and starting October 1, 2020 we pay 100% of employee's health insurance. Cleaning experience is not required, we will train you. We work in two or three person teams. We are looking for Honest people with Integrity who will do what that say they will do and are Willing to Change. Our company is Growth Oriented and we beleive in Opportunity on Merit. In order to work here you must submit to a background check, have a driver's license, and a decent driving record. We have an open and honest culture here with no drama and no politics.
