We only offer weekly and bi-weekly (every other week) cleaning schedules. This makes our employee's work schedules and your cleaning schedules reliable and easy. We know there are other cleaning needs out there, but we think it's best to focus only what we do best-recurring house cleanings.
We have a very thorough cleaning process that we constantly evaluate through employee and customer feedback. We begin each relationship with a deep cleaning to establish a level of clean and then switch to a recurring maintenance schedule where the goal is same crew, same time, same day. Easier. There are definitely occasions where Murphy's Law intervenes on that goal, and we are always trying to maintain continuity.
Our payment process is automatic on the customer's end only accepting card payments. This frees you from having to remember to leave a check or log in after each cleaning to pay. Easier. We also have a customer feedback system that sends a survey after each cleaning, giving customers the opportunity to help us improve our value to our customers.
